Some of them really seem to be more risky than Turkey. Does Google know something that we Turkish credit card holders don’t know about?

We are hearing lots of rumors on Turkish banking system and how much security problems they have. Seeing some countries on Google Checkout list and not seeing Turkey on the list, made me wonder. Maybe we really are in trouble by having Turkish bank accounts, and credit cards.
